Repair Leaking Roof Slates
We are greatful and admire to Jamie and his workers. On 6th July 2026 Jamie came to visit our attic due to leaks. Jamie came and he explained how he will fix the damage. The next day scaffolding went up in the front and the back of the house. Initially it was the front one meter of the roof from the gutter upwards to change battens and lining. But as work started it was evident that the roof needed a new battons, lining and tiles. Unfortunately the battens and the lining was not in good condition, the battons were rotten and old. The lining was old too. We had to invest for a new roof battens, lining and tiles. Our Double Roman tiles were crumbling by touching them. They were old and couldn't be reused. Basically we needed a new roof. They worked very hard to repair and mend our roof like a clockwork. Everyone was working hard to repair and place the battens, lining and then the tiles. After the work was done, it looked great and we are happy with end result. We appreciate JK Roofing & Groundworks hard work. They are good people and they helped and supported us throughout the work.
