I had a problem with an outside tap in our garage which has frozen and split a few times in the winter. JK O Plumbing investigated various options and advised me on the way forward. He was charging by the hour and was always conscious of the cost to me. He did a good job, left the area tidy and definitely did not over-charge. He has promised to fix for free if there are any problems in the future - even beyond the one-year guarantee. He will now be my go-to plumber in the future.

Replaced leaking stopcock and another leak which I was unaware of. Excellent workmanship and left the room spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Jeff and will definitely use him should I requir any plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived punctually he identified the source of the leak which was hidden in a difficult place to access but nevertheless completed the task and left the site after cleaning away the debris to a high standard.
