Job was done well but I have rated him less as he could not fix the available part in first visit and have charged for call out to fix the same available part in the second visit
JJP Homeservices LtdYou’re right Drashti, you shouldn’t have been charged if it was same job but in this case it wasn’t. You were indecisive the first day whether to fit extra part or not, so coming few days later to fit same stuff only attracted a callout fee and not a charge for the work. Sorry if there was some sort of miscommunication.
