Urgent Roof Leak Repair Quote Needed

Porch Roof Repair and Maintenance
I would NOT recommend J&J Roofing and Guttering for any roof repair works. I used them to do some repairs on my front and rear porch roofs - new UPVC Fascia boards for both roofs, re-pointing on front roof, x1 new tile on front porch (they used a red clay tile instead of a concrete tile to match the existing roof tiles!), x3 new tiles on rear porch, new lead flashing cover on rear porch and new E support trays/drip trays on both roofs. On the day, Jack and the team who did the job were nice enough guys with the gift of the gab. However, they obviously have no clue what they are doing! By the following day, I noticed that a bottom tile on the front porch (where they tried to fit the new E support tray) had dropped out of place, the lead flashing cover on the rear porch roof had come off altogether and they didn't fit the E support trays/drip trays correctly (they cut them too short so the clip was not fitted up and under the bottom row of tiles as it should be and is just resting on the gutter and you can see the roof timbers clearly as they also didn't fit the fascia boards high enough!). To top it off, when they did the re-pointing work, they moved something which then led to a major leak in my front porch on Sunday night! I've sent numerous text messages to Jack, left numerous voicemails (as he's blocked my phone number so when I call it just goes straight to voicemail!), sent emails but no response from him at all. The invoice he sent to me for the works had multiple spelling errors on it as well - totally unprofessional! All in all, our experience of the aftermath of the 'repair' works they completed for us has left us with a load of stress and we now have to get a professional roofer out to make the required repairs to the issues J&J Roofing and Guttering have caused us.
