Refelting
The job was to refelt / repair a section of felt under the tiles of my roof. The "repair" has been done using a thin piece of cloth nailed to the beams going under the felt. This will not prevent any water from entering the loft. There are 3 new holes within my felt that were not there before adjacent to the piece of felt being worked upon. I contacted JHJ within 10 minutes of him leaving and was promised that he'd come back. He is now ignoring my messages. The images claiming to be from previous jobs can easily be found using Google, clearly taken from other websites.
