JFR building & bespoke refurbishment ltd carried out works on our home, in this case is was cracks within the structure of the walls of the property. John was prompt and punctual in my queries, was very approachable and easy to deal with, he gave us the confidence and a more in depth opinion of what was the likely cause of our problem which highlighted his experience. He also explained the sequence of events and billing process should we choose his company to proceed. While the works were carried out we were kept upto date with photo updates and any further additional information. Once completed quality was good the site was left clean and tidy, hence I have now asked him to do more work on our property. Highly recommended.

I had been let down by the first builder and my kitchen was in a mess for several weeks, John from JFR bulders came to give a quote which I accepted, John saw my predicament and work was started the next day and completed to a high standard in six days. I would highly recommend this team of skilled tradesmen

Great job done by John and his team. Really good attention to detail such as putting up a barrier to stop my dog getting out while the work was being done. Matched the bricks for the wall to the rest of the house and consulted me at every stage to make sure I was happy. Can highly recommend. Great work and reasonable price.
