Lee and James did an absolutely outstanding job fitting the carpet throughout my 3-bedroom house. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, polite, and incredibly professional. They worked efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the final result has completely transformed our home — it looks fantastic! What really stood out to me was how they went the extra mile. Not only did they do an excellent job with the main areas, but they also took the initiative to organise carpet for the space under our stairs and the porch — something which made a huge difference to the overall finish. Their willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. They were also very helpful throughout the process, happy to answer questions and offer advice where needed.
