Replace Interior Window Pane
Came to the property on 21st January to assess the job and took payment to replace a broken window pane. As of today, 5th May, the work has still not been completed. After multiple attempts to contact, Jason finally responded and offered me a full refund on the 22nd of March but this has not been sent despite having shared my bank details twice. I was assured I would be refunded the full amount on the 22nd April but again this date came and went with no contact. I have since sent multiple messages and attempted to contact many times but no answer. I have even contacted to say that I will have to seek legal advice if this cannot be resolved but no response. This is a shame as it’s such a small job and if the work cannot be completed I would have gladly accepted the money returned and sought someone else to complete the work.
Fix Loose and Squeaky Floorboards
Excellent service and work from start to finish. JD called quickly after I submitted my job request and talked me through the my options. When he came he identified the issue quickly and carried out the work required to a very high standard. Very happy with the work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a decent carpenter in the Cardiff area.
