Good communication in providing a quotation and arranging for the work to be done. Arrived on site as agreed and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work to a good standard. Charges were reasonable and agreed in advance. I would use this tradesperson again and would recommend him to others needing similar works.

John arrived earlier than expected which was handy for me. He completed the job efficiently and even fixed a drainpipe leak for me.

We wanted 11 downlights installed. John gave good quote, however unfortunately after the installation, 1 of the downlights stopped working and other 3 had a problem in the wiring so did not work from start! We were told to test them later -as they were smart bulbs- and get back to him if they still do not work. We are left in the dark now. We tried to contact John many times but he did not get back to us. It has been a couple of weeks now! Now we would have to contact another electrician and pay extra to get this sorted :(
