John & Vaughn really knew their stuff - modified my design to make it more robust. Knew exactly how to survey, excavate, block lay and concrete fill foundations and a floor slab over insulation. Finished a day early despite issues with one concrete delivery. Nice guys too - John white 2 sugars, Vaughn 1 sugar. Would thoroughly recommend.
