Jay was a great communicator from the start. Polite, easy, instantly trustworthy. He quoted a lower price than I paid him (I think he could up his price) but he was worth every penny and more. He was respectful, good sense of humour, a devoted dad which always goes down well with me, held a good conversation and got the job beautifully done. Urgent Small Bathroom Radiator Fix
Jay came to fix a leaking a CH radiator, which needed replacing. Jay was very professional and competent and tidy and with reasonable costs. I would most definitely use him again.
