Jason was very good at communicating from the initial call, through to the appointment and on site. He spent quality time to clean my sofa on the seat area but also along the sides and back. He did an excellent job of cleaning it as previously our dog had stained it when he used to sit on it. Also our rug was stained again by the dog's muddy feet when my son hadn't clean him properly after walks. I was ready to throw it away because it also smelt damp and my sofa also had the dog smell so I never used to sit on it! However both the sofa and rug have come up clean, and no smell anymore. Also Jason made sure that the sofa and rug were not saturated with water and they dried a bit after a few hours but certainly by the next morning. I would recommend Jason to anyone who needs their sofas, rugs or carpets cleaned. He is a very professional man who has an industrial size machine and buffers, brushes, nozzles etc. which he used depending on which area he was cleaning.

Jason was incredibly polite and extremely professional and my carpet desperately needed that personal touch to get it clean. I am speechless to see the difference of the part he had cleaned compared to the other part that had not been cleaned. The carpet looked like a brand new carpet. Jason took his time to feel the texture of the carpet he was so considerate and asked if I was satisfied with the results. He worked incredibly hard. I had many quotes in fact Jason was a little more than other quotes but once I spoke.with him I was reassured I had made the right choice. I still cannot believe the difference. The Machinery used was unbelievable he used the best equipment you could tell that. The lounge carpet is amazingly clean I just could not believe the difference. I have taken photos of half the carpet that had been cleaned and the part where it had not been cleaned. I cannot tell you how thrilled and overwhelmed with the difference. I think tonight I will just sit and look at my new carpet. I fully recommend Jason. He also cleans mattress when little ones have had an accident whilst in bed to forget to go to the toilet. Sofa’s and wooden flooring if your dog also has had an accident. He is such a really nice man too. He also did an excellent job on my stair carpet that has come up amazingly well. Such a good job in cleaning on the stairs too. So respectful taking my framed photos of my family off the wall running along the wall of the stair case and replacing them too. Brilliant job done by Jason. Beyond my expectations. Will definitely use again.

Jason was a very efficient ,polite and conscientious worker who will not give up until any stain is totally removed. Arrival was quick (same day) and costs reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend his service to others

I have already submitted a review, but in summary I can say that Jason provided an exceptionally good, and effective, service. He went "above and beyond" to ensure the service was provided as a matter of urgency, which was greatly appreciated. The stain removal was complete, thanks to Jason and his sophisticated cleaning equipment. Charges were very reasonable. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough for his excellent and prompt service.

Jason was brilliant! He provided a fantastic service on short notice, with unfailing courtesy and good humour- even though the job entailed a 95 mile round trip, late at night. The job was an emergency removal of pet poo stains on a carpet! The stains were thoroughly and completely removed, thanks to Jason and his socialist equipment. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
