James telephoned almost as soon as I had applied to Myjobquote and arranged to call within an hour. Having explained what I needed the work was started. James pointed out another tree that needed attention and that work was also carried out. I was pleased with the work carried out and for the promt service.

James destabilised our tree, asked for an advance on payment and then walked away from the job. Unprofessional, unqualified, unethical. Do not instruct!
