We are a small family run business with over 15 years experience in all aspects of garden services from simple garden maintenance to full garden design and ladscaping. We have fully qualified carpenter working with us and a tree surgeon. So when it comes down to it there isn't much we can't tackle. We offer a full no obligation quote with a 14 day cooling off period. And simply if you are not happy you don't pay!

Impressed with the punctuality and professionalism. Neat and clean work trimming house high leylands. Arrived before time with all required machinery, and finished a truly hardworking job in good time, including tiding up the garden and parts of house. Highly recommended.

We required the hedge removing asap, James came out the day of our job being put on the MyjobQuote website. To give us a quote He said he would be here the following day(sat) at 8am and he was true to his word. Certainly would not hesitate in using James L & Sons again. Very Polite ,professional & he does a thorough job

Fencing & Gates
Job was done whilst I was at work, originally planned for day before, when I wasn't , and not done properly. I am not a gardener or fencer, so I didn't know definitely how many posts I needed. I couldn't look in garden until the next day and one fence panel was held in place by concrete edging slabs, and fence panel wasn't in properly it looked secure and then when slightly windy the slabs and fence panel came down. still trying to get sorted. i was also asked to pay before job was finished as I was at work despite James's Leaflet saying if your not happy you don't pay. I now appear to be unable to get hold of James

Fencing & Gates - Wire / Metal
James was able to recycle a lot of our original fencing and did a very good job in difficult (and very cold) circumstances. The work was undertaking very enthusiastically and, despite taking longer than originally quoted, was completed in line with his original quotation. James is working hard to establish his business having recently re-located from a different are of the UK. I was pleased with his work and would be happy to recommend him :)

General Maintenance
James took down an outside building ,he turned up on time and completed the job the same day, he took all the rubbish away, very pleased with his hard work, would hire him again if needed, would highly recommended him.
