James came, gave me a quote and set a date. James didn't turn up, said he didn't realize it was a bank holiday,even though I'd pointed this out when setting the date. Set another date, he arrived an hour early. Worked for 25 minutes before saying he had to 'shoot off'.

The lawn is tiny so took ten minutes I then weeded for you because I wanted to be helpful (which I did not charge for). I arrived early as my previous job finished early.
