Radiator Repair and Power Flush Needed
James was really prompt in his response. NOT A SALSESMAN! He outlined the different options available and any possible pit-falls. He explained everything as he went through his diagnostics (and explained it in terms that a person who ISN'T a professional Plumber/Heating engineer would understand!) As this job was for an older adult, James re-arranged his appointments to accommodate the necessary speed that the job required. James has 25+ years’ experience working on both commercial and domestic properties - gaining him the name (in my opinion) as the Boiler Whisperer! All-in-all, a really kind, friendly and professional person who doesn't intrude (and takes his boots off, even if they're clean!) I can’t recommend James highly enough for a quality service and a caring nature.

James did a fantastic job servicing my boiler and fixing a slow leak that previously required me to top up the pressure once every 3 days.
