Had an old hardwood maple strip floor sanded and sealed in a Maida Vale Mansion flat 3rd foor 70 m sq . Great job with proper care and time taken to complete the work professionally with no mess or aggravation . Had quite a few quotes for this job and very glad I went with this company . Nice to deal with and great result . Price is fair . Happy camper .
