John was very friendly and flexible with the work, and did a really nice job with the tiling. The finished article looked really good, modernising our outdated bathroom and toilet, and took just over two weeks. As a suggestion for improvement, taking the fittings out before removing the tiles would have avoided some minor damage to the porcelain. There was a lot of dust during the tile removal, which is normal, but as it was our first time having this kind of work done we would have really liked a heads up on this. Finally during the work an ornament was smashed - it was undoubtedly an accident but I would have liked an apology. Overall a good job and good value for money. In particular I would recommend John for tiling jobs.

Structural Steelwork
Made more mess then probably needed to. A couple of van loads of rubbish left behind, good job I have my own van. Quality of work good but sum areas that where finished need going over again (bubbles on ceiling)

Structural Steelwork
John gave me the confidence from the first visit when he came to look at the job. He was quick in providing quotation and kept me updated throughout the job. He coordinated with other parties - structural engineer, building control inspector and surveyor to get the work done properly. I am very happy with the quality of work he did and I know when someone cuts corner! I recommend him and he is coming back to do more job!
