Property Maintenance means different things to different people, depending on needs. I try to offer a complete service to cover this.
I get a great sense of achievement from fixing things and being appreciated for it. This is why Property Maintenance is right for me.
I can out perform the Specialist Tradesmen/Engineers and give a better service to my customers for the following reasons :-

B) Multi-skillled ..... one man
C) Quicker ..... don't rely on 3rd parties
D) Less mess ...... my mess - I clean it up

I had known for a while the brushes on my washer needed replacing but kept putting it off, I should not have been concerned and done it sooner. James was very professional conscientious and on time. I would happily get in touch if I needed anything doing in the future
