I've met three members of the JFK team and spoken to a fourth on the phone. They are all utterly charming, highly knowledgeable and very professional. Amy came and actually carried out the work. She took the time to answer all my questions, she did the job quickly and with no mess, she tested the system very thoroughly to ensure that her work had achieved it's aim. I cannot recommend JFK highly enough- they have been brilliant!
