Jamie came out the same day of me posting the job after I found damp on my internal walls at the cable end. After close inspection of the roof he established that the felt at the cable end had corroded as well as finding batten rotted away which had resulted in loose/misplaced tiles. After providing me with a very competitive quote he came back the day after to complete the work needed, this despite rain and wind. Jamie provided pictures as he was completing the work so I was able to see what had been done which I was very happy with. All rotten battens were replaced and new felt installed at the cable end. This has now given me much peace of mind especially with the current bad weather. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again if I have any other issues with other parts of the roof.
