He work skills is just above the standard but he is not professional. Because he does not listen the advice from the client and ask the payment to be paid in full before the completion of the job. When we ask him for advice or information, he does not want to help and shows his iterating behaviour.
Isla Design & BuildLet's be clear!! This is a client who refused to pay me for the electrical work or the plumbing work that I carried out at his property. This is also a client who chose to decommission a gas hob himself even though his not a gas engineer. He also chose to use me power tools to do DIY whilst I was trying too complete his kitchen installation. Despite all of this I still endeavoured to complete his project on time and within the agreed budget. And he has the nerve to wonder why I appeared irritated!! Please have a look at all my other feedback, I'm good at what I do and I know I'm good.

He worked tirelessly to complete the work in a professional and neat manner. His care and attention was wonderful. I’d have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him. Very pleased with the painting of the wall, a difficult pebble dashed wall . Very pleasant , knowledgeable chap, efficient and helpful. We will definitely be asking him to do more jobs. Highly recommend this company.
