I.S Locksmiths was established in 2021. We take pride in ensuring that customers are left satisfied by the service, and most importantly providing a high quality standard of work.
We provide services to install new locks, replace existing UPVC lock mechanisms, faulty locks mechanisms or can even help in situations where a door needs to be secured. We also supply master keys systems and full installation with one year warranty on locks.

Fix Stiff Conservatory Door Handle
Imran was very polite and, courteous and rectified the problem with the pvc conservatory door whilst here. I liked his work so asked him if he could also look at and fix some window handles too whilst here which he did happily. I shall definitely use him again if I have any further problems.

Emergency Property Access Needed
My friend locked herself out of her home late on a Bank Holiday. Imran was extremely helpful came to her rescue very quickly. He not only got her into her home but also noticed another issue with her locks and has put this right too. He was very clear re the cost of the job, did not add any hidden extras and has charged a very fair price. He did not take advantage of the fact it was a bank holiday nor someone in a vulnerable position as sadly someone else had done on a previous occasion.

Imran was very responsive, communicative and quick to arrange to visit a time that worked around my timetable. Once he had the taken off the broken parts, he was back the next day with the appropriate replacements to complete the job easily with 24 hours. He was reasonably priced and respectful throughout and would highly recommend him.

I am always apprehensive when looking for tradespeople to complete jobs in my property but Iramn came across very genuine and knowledgeable from my initial contact with him hence i decided to go with him. He is very professional, polite, attend my property on time and ensured the job was completed properly with no mess left behind by cleaning up afterwards. He displayed honesty by sending a breakdown of the quote and i was so impressed with his service I gave him tip after the job was complete. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.
