He damaged my garden door with his tools and that will cost me another £140 to fix. I realised the damage after paying him and after he left my house, so he denied it when I informed him.

He arrived at the expected time and did exactly what he was supposed to do - lifted the old fence panels and replaced them with the new ones. He had to cut through the last panel because the slot was too short, he did a very good job. He comes highly recommended.
