Boiler Repair and Tap Fixes Needed
Abdurrahman was absolutely exceptional from first reaching out to me when I requested a quote for a job relating to my boiler and taps (1 leaking, the other not working at all). He reached out to me via telephone (as I requested) within 20 minutes, on a Sunday! He was great at communicating with me to arrange to visit me within the hour. When he arrived, he was very respectful, placing over shoes on his outdoor footwear. He was able to fix by boiler very quickly, explaining the problem and what he was doing to rectify the problem as he was working! He also fixed both of my taps, again explaining the problem and solution, as he worked. On a personal note, Abdurrahman was very friendly, relatable and easy to talk to. He explained everything in easy to understand language and I could not be more grateful that he was the one to call me back first! We have had other trades people not communicating well? Or letting us down at the last minute. Which is frustrating and unhelpful. I asked for a business card, and Abdurrahman will be the first person I call for any boiler or plumbing related needs. Thank you so much for all of your help today, and at such short notice, Abdurrahman!
