Replace Existing Extractor Fan
Emmanuel was excellent! He was very quick at replying to my post as soon as it went up. He was helpful in organising a time for the work as soon as possible. He was very friendly and generally a pleasure to have in our home as the work was being done. We had originally got the incorrect fan for replacement in our bathroom and Emmanuel was really helpful in sourcing the correct replacement. Emmanuel fitted the fan in no time, it was stress free and the fan works well. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend him for any future work!
Replace 3 Hard Wired Smoke Alarms

Emmanuel completed the all the work I needed done very quickly, and to a great standard. The quote he provided was exactly what I paid, and he was always quick to return my messages and answer any queries I had. I would highly recommend him.

Emanuel, the electrician was perfect, so polite and a joy to have in the house, the price was exactly has he quoted, and we have booked him again, for more work.

Emmanuel is a fantastic electrician who provides not just a high standard of work, but also possesses excellent customer service skills. He changed 4 light fittings and problem solved a further issue we were experiencing and all for a very reasonable price. He's reliable and keeps you up to date every step of the way. I would have no problem in recommending him or using him again for any further jobs that require doing.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE & INSTALL LTD as they gave an exceptional electrical service for me and accomplished a great job. Emmanuel expertly replaced my fues box and efficiently removed the old one. He tested all house for complimentary. Emmanuel professionalism, attention to details and reasonable pricing truly impressed me, his fair pricing structure reflects his integrity and dedication to provide value to his customer. He executed the job with precision and expertise, ensuring that the installation of the new fues box was flawless. Moreover he explained every single job what he did.
