Lubo and his team did a great job with my loft insulation. They fitted rockwool insulation underneath the floor boards, Celotex boards between rafters and insulated plasterboards over the rafters. They worked with great attention to details, detecting and reporting potential problems. For example, they detected and showed me an issue with condensation between the roof tiles and the Celotex boards and suggested additional ventilation with vent tiles to prevent condensation on the north-facing roof during winter. They also found a viable solution to my request for a mechanical ventilation system in the cold storage area of the pitched roof to prevent internal condensation on the cold walls. Lubo is very honest and great to work with, all additional work was thoroughly discussed and agreed together beforehand. All the work was completed on time and according to design and electrical specifications. I am a returning customer and I would not hesitate to highly recommend IDL for any home refurbishment.
