Garage Conversion
The job was pushed forward as they were going to do works on my leaking roof, only completed half the job, I'm left with no insulation since February and I've still not got my money back for the portion they've not done. He promises to come and doesn't turn up, communication is terrible. I've given so many chances and I've been let down every time. I do not recommend 😕 I just want what's owed back to me so I can get the job finished by someone else

IbuildcontractorsI have your materials. You was aware of this, I’ve tried to fit you back in but there was a lot of moisture in that loft. I’ve cleared the loft fully and installed air bricks which was the problem in the first place. I run a professional business and if it’s the refund of the insulation your demanding it’s not a problem. Stop writing on all the sites please Gemma as this will effect future projects. Once transferred please take this down!
Internal Renovation / Reconfiguration
Professional. Good quality material used. Showed us each step of the way what needed doing. Took pictures. Cleaned up after them. Regular communication. We would definitely recommend this company to others

Chimney Building / Repair
Too many excuses .Suppose to turn up on agreed days and always gqve more excuses .and then eventually the final straw was when he said he was making the gallow brackets and only making 2 ,when i required 4 .2 for each chimney.Then told me that he couldnt turn up till monday.told Andy this was unacceptable after all the delays he done previous
