Repair/Replace External Window Sills
Ian was prompt to visit and quote which I thought fair and reasonable.He carried out the work to my satisfaction even suggesting an improvement to aid future painting. I am very pleased with his work which was carried out in professional and efficient manner albeit his work was hampered by having to hand mix cement due to no mixer being available. All in all a good job done.
Slate Tile Repair on Pitched Roof
The job was a slipped slate on the main roof of our house in a very difficult position due to the lower extension roof. Ian emailed contact details, as we requested. We made contact via his phone number, discussed the job and how he would do the job. His method was more acceptable and his quote very competitive. Ian made time in his diary to complete the job within two days of the discussion. He attended on time, completed the job as discussed and we are very happy with result. A difficult job done with care. We found Ian to be knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and communicated well, we would certainly use him again for any other jobs we may have. Thank you Ian, good job done.
Replace Conservatory Flat Roof
Ian came in to fix a job that a couple of Irish cow boys they done a realy bad disgusting work but we got ian in and he done a brilliant job on putting boards on top of the horrible bitumen they put down because it was running down the front of the conservatory what these cow boys put on and it's so good to know there are proper tradesman out there
