Explained the job and quoted me what I considered to be a ‘fair’ price. Not sure on the price really as didn’t have time to get other quotes on this occasion.

Excellent preparation was done by the tradesmen before they started painting resulting in an excellent painting job.

Would have been a 5/5 but my wife found some cut marks on the driveway. The porch repair appears to be good ( I need to wait for rain blowing in the right direction) Arrived on time at the correct date, didn't leave any mess, polite and sociable. Also on budget and that's always a great thing.
Flat Roof
They were on time and done the job of repairing the flat roof, they left a few nails and lid on roof and on decking which isn’t ideal as I have 4 dogs, which they could hear barking but this would have been a hazard if they stood on these. Other than that, time will tell if the repair was done sufficiently when it rains haha overall I would recommend 😊
Fascias / Soffits / Cladding - Wooden
