Fix RCD Tripping with New Socket
Fault finding job. Prompt, good communication, polite. Showed his ID when he arrived. Explained everything he did as he was doing it and what I could look at doing going forward to narrow down any further issues. Mentioned there were some upgrades that could be done to the house electric but didn't try to oversell or fix problems that didn't need fixing. Gave plenty of options. Felt comfortable having him in the house. Would recommend.
