We spoke on the ‘phone, he emailed a quote for installing an aerial on the roof of my house and if this wasn’t needed how much he charged/hour. Totally transparent. I was able to text him and he texted back. Very good communication and very honest. He did an outstanding job. Quick, clean, super efficient with zero fuss.
