Remove Large Wooden Dog Bed
Harvey quickly sent a response to my job and asked for a photo of the wooden dog bed so he could give me a quote. He gave me a fairly reasonable quote. I asked him what he would quote for an additional item which was a small table top fridge and the quote doubled, which I thought was unreasonable as the fridge was much smaller and lighter than the bed, so I declined the removal of the fridge. As I was going into hospital for treatment we arranged for Harvey to come and remove the bed on Thursday. He let me know on Wednesday that he couldn’t make it on Thursday but was able to come on Friday instead. The only slightly ne fed stove issue I had as that Harvey questioned if he had to come to the property to get the bed - I am disabled and just out of hospital and my mum who was helping me is elderly and disabled herself aren’t able to lift and carry anything awkward or heavy which is why we were requesting the help in the first place. If Zi could have done it myself then I wouldn’t be paying £50 for someone else to do it. If you offer a waste removal service surely you don’t expect the customer to carry the item to your van. Also you don’t complain about how heavy it is if you don’t ask how heavy something is when you book it?
