Combi Boiler Leak Repair
Ali was really polite, he knows his job well and was really good at explaining what's wrong with our boiler and the extra parts that would need to be fixed/serviced. We had some damage to a nearby wall & socket when part of a cupboard was advised to be removed. The cupboard piece fell instead of being held careful when unscrewing it off the wall. This could've been avoided if more examination of the area/cupboard was taken before proceeding to the next step. However, Ali replaced the socket and put the cupboard back where it was. He also offered a fair price for the work done, the boiler has stopped leaking and he advised on other issues we've had in the past which shall help with our future care of the appliance.
