I am a gas safe, fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer with experience in a variety of heating and plumbing systems mainly domestic but I also have a little commercial knowledge.
The work I carry out is to a high standard and believe that customer service is mandatory as a tradesman. I will always do my best to resolve a situation correctly, professionally and with the customer in mind.

Shane from Helix arrived promptly and completed the job within 15 minutes, which was to connect newly fitted kitchen tap water pipes securely to water inlets. Very fairly priced for time and job. Would highly recommend this friendly plumber.
Radiator
Shane was just great, he did a fantastic job in fitting my radiator, he is clean, tidy, and very likeable and easy to get on with I didn't feel uncomfortable with him at all and very fairly priced I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM, so much so that I'm looking to get a a quote from him for fitting a new bathroom.
