Tristan provided me with a complete breakdown of all the works that needed doing, including recommending a double underlay before the final felt. He suggested replacing all the boards and having a lead cladding on house side of the extension, which was not there originally, this was what had cause the damage in the first place, where rain water had got under the felt after a long period of time. His quote was detailed and cheaper than the others I acquired and He did far more than they offered to do. He was able to do the job quickly and on his own except for the first day where he had help to take the old roof top off and place on the new boards. He put in some long hours and has done a very efficient job and I can't recommend him highly enough. I would certainly use him again!!!
