Diagnose And Fix Lighting Circuit Fault
Ben is a really nice chap, and he was first to respond. He arrived as promised, told me I had the wrong light in the bathroom and he would be back the next day, he told me because of a problem when the old light was fitted, we should have a sensor light that comes on as you enter the bathroom, I thought that would be great. Except the extractor fan works off the light so doesn’t come on during the day when showering. He said he would sort it. He then put a screw through my main lighting cable, blowing the lights. He then spent an age sorting that out to find I now have a water leak from above, coming through the massive hole in my ceiling that he made, He might not have created this but it is odd. I am in the process of getting a professional to look at it but absolutely no communication now from Ben, he was supposed to free up the area so a plumber could get up to look but he has ghosted me. That’s why I’m writing this.
