General Maintenance
The job was completed within a day and a half. Bill came back for his money on the Sunday and supposedly to bring me the guarantee. It is now almost three weeks later and I haven't received a guarantee. My next door neighbour who is also a builder/roofer was of the opinion that the boards needed replacing, but none were replaced. According to Bill because there were 3 jobs to be done he would charge me £200 less, but tried to increase the price when his firm only one of the jobs. Sorry Bill, as I said: "my bank account is like the Middle of Lidl", when the mney is gone, it has gone and takes a long time to replace. You have had at least 2 month's pension. How was the work: We shall see during the winter what the consequences are.

The boards did not need replacing at all otherwise I would have said it would cost extra to replace the boards but I didn’t as I know it wasn’t necessary, odd that your neighbour has an opinion on the roof if he’s a builder/roofer yet he didn’t offer to do the job. Lastly I have the written guarantee here in my van but unfortunately haven’t had the chance to oust it in your door yet, which I will. Also a phone call would have been appreciated with your concerns instead of a negative review which could possibly affect my business. Please consider removing this review. Kind regards
