⚡ Electrical "Small Jobs": Light fittings, sockets/switches, and troubleshooting.
? Drainage & Plumbing: Taps & mixers, pipe replacements, leaks, blockages, and drain cleaning (strictly non-gas).
? Carpentry & Woodwork: Door trimming & hanging, skirting boards, shelving, and furniture assembly.
? General Maintenance: TV mounting and tackling all lingering to-do list tasks.
Transparent Pricing (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm)
First Hour (includes travel and initial assessment):
• Handyman: £60
• Carpentry: £70
• Electrical: £70
• Plumbing & Drainage: £80
(Most minor repairs are completed within this first hour.)
Continuation Rates (per ¼ hour):
• Handyman & Carpentry: £12.00
• Electrical Repairs: £16.50
• Plumbing & Drainage: £22.00
