    Luke is a nice guy. He is quick to respond to queries. I had agreed a drainage survey AND a written report with mapping of new drains. However, the process was frustrating because he was chasing for money the minute the drainage cctv took place on site. I have never received an invoice for anything until the reports have been written up and issued - incase amendments were needed. I felt that there was more of a focus on getting the money than writing up the report and overall I found it frustrating.

    When I had completed an initial site visit I asked Des for payment in the evening as I do NOT and never have done invoice work-including survey reports. The only time I will allow payment to be withheld up to one month is if i have previously done work for the customer. All survey reports include hours of work in the office and it is essential for us as a small business to know that the work we are doing will be paid in full, which is why we request up front payment. Des found this incredibly hard to comprehend and could not understand this was the normal process for a small drainage company. I agreed to do the survey report for Des without payment up front and it was completed to an exceptional standard for £250. The report also included changes which Des had asked for that are usually chargeable-there was no charge made as a good will gesture. I had to remind Des that payment was still outstanding a couple of times as we agreed payment on receipt of the report and this did not happen. It took nearly a week after the report was sent for Des to finally pay and I also found it incredibly frustrating that I had to keep chasing for payment due. If a bill is not paid on an agreed date then it is rightful that a customer should expect payment to be chased.

    Very knowledgeable and new exactly what the issue was in a short space of time. I will not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.
