Trim Large Tree for Garden Light
Warning: Do not use G&T Tree Care. George at G&T Tree & Landscaping agreed to cut back a large tree in my neighbour's garden and remove the branches from site. The job was delayed from early in the morning until late afternoon as George told me his van had broken down. I was concerned that there would not be time / enough daylight to complete the job, but George assured me that it would not take long, and that he and his colleague would cut back the tree and remove the wood from site. I therefore agreed to continue with the job. After he had begun the work, George told me it was not safe to remove the higher, most important branches, despite having previously told me this was not a problem, from photos I had sent of the tree. Once he had cut off the tree's lower branches and I had paid him, he told me that his chain saw had broken, so he could not cut the branches into smaller sizes in order to fit them into his van and remove them from site. He promised me he would be back to collect them. It has now been over 2 weeks and he is avoiding my messages and calls. My neighbour is understandably angry and wants the branches removed from his garden. George has been paid to cut back branches and remove the wood. He is now ignoring all of my calls and messages to arrange a return to remove the branches.
