Both Nicky and Paul were really good and did the best job they could do with what were working with due to finding it a bigger job than was expecting due to what they found that wasn't expected or made aware of especially as I have only recently purchased the property but did everything they could to keep the cost down and fix the problem as best they possibly could to protect both mine and downstairs neighbors properties ,really good service I would highly recommend them and I will be using them again if needed in the future

Fix Under-House Water Ingress Issue
Great response, it happened that Nick was on his way home, so he called in, went straight under the house and found it was flooded up to the joists, so he came back with a mate and a pump. Shifted roughly 5 cubic metres of water onto my lawn, because being an emergency, he'd not got the optimum length of hosepipe. It'll drain through by the time the weather improves. Then he worked out where the problem was and quoted me for further work.
Fix Leaky Shower, Replace Kitchen Tap
Nicky and his mate arrived on time, both very polite, explained what was required in the bathroom as there was other work we needed doing, work was carried on the floor before a shower tray was fitted and a glass panel repositioned, a new tap was fitted to the sink in the bathroom, also in the toilet downstairs, and a new mixer tap in the kitchen and 2 shut off valves under sink in kitchen, all work carried out to a high standard. All mess cleared up, very respectful while working in our property, Also told any problems give me us a ring and we are happy to come back. Would highly recommend.
