The work was carried out quickly and to satisfaction but I am very disappointed in the fact that I asked for and paid for a certificate due to it being my late deceased mums house that we are completing on on Friday . Despite asking on a few occasions I’m still as yet to receive it even though I have paid £40 for it!!
