I am an experienced qualified gas engineer and regularly work with building regulations, combustion gas analysers, domestic cookers/hobs, gas fires, gas boilers, gas installation pipework, domestic flued range cookers, vented hot water storage cylinders and gas water heaters. I am able to fault find on boilers, power flushing systems, do yearly services and carrying out CP12s for landlords. I also deal with fire installation and services as well as gas cooker/hob installations and services.

Annual Combi Boiler Service
I had my annual gas service carried out on the 4th of January, and to this day I still have not received the Gas Service Certificate. I have chased this up multiple times with no clear response or resolution. This is unacceptable, as the certificate is a legal requirement and should be issued promptly after the service. The lack of communication and delay show a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects reliability, proper documentation, and basic customer care.
