Detached Garage to Office/Gym Conversion
We recently hired Graeme to convert our detached garage into a multi-purpose space. The project included installing insulation in the walls, ceiling and floor, plastering, installing French doors, running electrics from the house to the garage, fitting electric heaters, and installing and plastering an internal wall to create two rooms. Graeme also patched a small leak in the roof which was discovered during the conversion. Graeme also installed several fence panels and pillars, and managed the removal of a significant amount of rubble from the end of the garden from an old separate structure. This included digging out the old structure, as well as the organisation of a skip for the debris. Throughout the project, Graeme communicated clearly, advised us on the best options, and worked efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy site. His high-quality workmanship exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t recommend Graeme highly enough, he’s reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. We have several more projects planned and will be sure to enlist Graeme’s service again in the future!
