Professional and all the right tools and working methods. Did a good job of felling the tree. I arranged to have the tree cut into pieces suitable for a wood burner but they left very large pieces that I couldn't even move. Had to arrange a second person to spend a lot of time cutting up the pieces. Shame as would have been 5 star otherwise.
