I have recently endured bad experience of various aspects of extensive technical trade work being carried out. The work was either partly or completed to a sub optimal standard; by a Craig Ewart of C I E Property Maintenance. This is the main reason, I required Luke, had he is a qualified plumber. Luke was very friendly and seemed very keen at first, he even gave me an estimate and a start date. The start date came and went, Luke didn’t show up and has subsequently ghosted me. Luke was well aware of my situation, I am thoroughly disappointed he decided to let me down also.
