Plumb in New Washing Machine

Old Boiler Removal & Installation
Very poor service from George Dick and Sons. the gas engineers who put our boiler in told me that Mr. Dick was a registered installer for Ideal (this make of boiler was installed) and that if he registered the Manufacturer's warranty he could get an extra 5 years on it. this turns out not to be true. Ideal do not provide an extension to their 5 year warranty. the extension to the warranty i, it was revealed after the boiler had been intstalled would be provided by George Dick and Sons. this is an empty promise since he is no longer gas safe registered. Mr. Dick also offered me 3 years of boiler servicing for the first 3 years of its life. This promise is empty. Mr. Dick said he would arrange a service before the due date (23rd January). He texted that he would arrange but never did. I have found out that he is no longer Gas Safe registered. He also said that he would have a filter installed while the new boiler was being commissioned, this did not happen. Mr. Dick seemed like a very nice guy but is not a reliable tradesman and in my opinion is best avoided. He promises much but delivers little.
