Neil fitted a loft ladder for me today. When discussing the job he got back to me really quickly and nothing was too much trouble. He arrived bang on time, very friendly and polite. Did a lovely job of the ladders at a really reasonable price. Highly recommended. He's coming back to do all my small jobs too.

Fit Wooden Handrail on Stairs
Neil did a brilliant job. He was professional right through from the moment he made contact: called round quickly, measured up and I added a new garden gate job, quoted a fair price for the work, kept in contact and within a week staircase rail and garden gate fitted. What I liked was his total reliability: so often tradesmen ignore one’s requests, don’t show up and leave you wondering what is going on. Neil was the opposite of that and we were perfectly comfortable to leave him with access to the house while we had to go out for an hour or so. I would recommend Neil without hesitation to anyone: he will do a good and fair priced job, and I shall not hesitate to use him again……Gary Scott
