George was fantastic from start to end. As soon as he gave me the quote, he was ready to replace the fencing even on the same day. I requested for the following day and he was at property first thing in the morning. He kept me informed every step of the way and sent me images. The work was carried out super fast and all went smoothly. I have not seen the work yet myself but I am confident he did a brilliant job as comes across very hard working and conscientious. A swift response to the query regarding the fallen roof tile. George took prompt action to replace the fallen tile and securing the affected tiles within the day of job post. He also identified and fixed other misaligned tiles with potential safety hazard. A job well done.

Tiling job was completed to a reasonable standard but some conduct was disappointing (throwing rubbish into the space for pocket doors, gap left between tiles and adjacent floor was larger than expected) For the price paid I hoped for a higher professional standard.
